This is a fixed salary role, unaffected by targets. Documentation and CRM Updates: Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM. Follow all standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines. Team Collaboration and Learning: Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience. Attend trainings to stay updated with platform upgrades.
